Travel Clinic
At Malcolm’s Pharmacy, we aim to offer a comprehensive travel health service. From vaccinations to specific advice and recommendations relating to the area of planned travel, we aim to give you all the health information you could need.
First time appointment
We request that every new patient register online through Pharmadoctor. This allows our staff to have all relevant information ahead of your first appointment.
Consultations
We offer consultations by appointment to discuss your travel plans and all the health information, medicine and vaccinations you may need.
Prior to your first appointment, please complete the ‘pharmadoctor e-tool’ form so the pharmacist has all relevant information before you attend. Please arrive 5 minutes before your allotted time. We will require the dates of any previous vaccinations, which you may need to obtain from your GP.
NB. If you have been travelling recently and feel unwell or that you may have been exposed to an illness whilst abroad, either discuss your concerns with us or contact your GP immediately.
Malaria travel clinic
Antimalarial tablets are available without a prescription at market prices which can vary.
